Welcome to 2006 DIVE Challenge.  If you wish to participate you must fill out the application shown below.  Click on the form below to print a PDF version.

The enrollment is a three step process as follows:

Step one - Fill out the Team Success_tm Program Diver registration form.

Step two - Pay the $300 Team Success_tm Program fee.

Step Three - All prerequisite certifications MUST BE MET prior to starting

                    Team Success_tm Program.  See below!

Step Four - MUST SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE the Team Success_tm Program to

                    enter the 2006 DIVE Challenge.

Step Five - The entry fee to the 2006 DIVE Challenge is waived this year.

The first 60 divers completing the Team Success_tm Program will be eligible to participate in the 2006 DIVE Challenge forming 10 teams of 6 divers each.  Additional divers completing the Team Success_tm Program will form backup teams for the DIVE Challenge_tm and will be eligible for entry into future dive challenges.

Required prerequisite certification(s):

Advanced Open Water certification from any training agency

Search and Recovery specialty certification from any training agency. 

(Diver’s participating in Team Success_tm MUST BE certified in these three courses.)  The Teaching status Team Success_tm Instructor is to ensure that the individual has the appropriate certification.

Highly recommended certification(s):

Nitrox (Enriched Air) specialty certification from any training agency

Peak Performance Buoyance specialty certification from any training agency

Underwater Navigator specialty certification from any training agency
